Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and assist with purchase decisions.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, card transactions, and issuing receipts.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including tidying aisles, shelves, and fitting rooms.
  • Receive and unpack merchandise deliveries, verify inventory against invoices, and restock shelves promptly.
  • Conduct regular price checks, update product labels, and ensure promotional displays are current.
  • Monitor and report low‑stock items to the store manager for timely reordering.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist in weekly inventory counts and participate in loss‑prevention measures.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding health, safety, and security, including proper use of personal protective equipment when needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach events organized by the store.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Age: Between 18 and 25 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders, with a focus on creating an inclusive workplace.
  • Personal attributes: Honest, disciplined, trustworthy, and accountable.
  • Appearance: Presentable and well‑groomed to reflect the store’s brand image.
  • Communication: Strong verbal skills and the ability to engage customers actively.
  • Commitment: Willingness to observe daily prayers (Shalat), Dhuha, and attend Qur’an study sessions (Mengaji) as part of personal development.
  • Availability: Able to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Technical skill: Basic familiarity with store management systems and cash handling procedures.
