Responsibilities

- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, card transactions, and issuing receipts.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including tidying aisles, shelves, and fitting rooms.
- Receive and unpack merchandise deliveries, verify inventory against invoices, and restock shelves promptly.
- Conduct regular price checks, update product labels, and ensure promotional displays are current.
- Monitor and report low‑stock items to the store manager for timely reordering.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in weekly inventory counts and participate in loss‑prevention measures.
- Adhere to company policies regarding health, safety, and security, including proper use of personal protective equipment when needed.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach events organized by the store.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Between 18 and 25 years old.
