Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our sales team as Crew Toko Area Penjualan in the Boyolali region. This position is based at our Optik Melawai store and serves customers throughout Boyolali and surrounding areas. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional optical shopping experience, promoting our wide range of eyewear products, and supporting the store’s overall sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their visual needs, and recommend suitable frames, lenses, and accessories.
- Maintain in‑depth product knowledge of optical lenses, frame styles, and emerging trends to provide accurate advice.
- Assist customers in trying on eyewear, ensuring proper fit and comfort, and handle any adjustments or minor repairs.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, manage cash handling, and issue receipts.
- Maintain store appearance through visual merchandising, shelf stocking, and regular inventory checks.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to receive shipments, verify stock accuracy, and report discrepancies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product lines, sales techniques, and health‑safety standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports, track key performance indicators, and share insights with store management.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for swift resolution and high satisfaction.
- Support promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and community outreach activities to boost brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 graduates from any discipline are also welcome.
- Age: up to 27 years (flexible for fresh graduates).

- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to engage customers confidently.
- Quick adaptation to new product information, sales tools, and store procedures.
- Willingness to be stationed in the Optik Melawai Boyolali area and travel locally as needed.

- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS and inventory management software.
