Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide accurate product information about the Rogojampi beverage lineup.
- Prepare and serve drinks according to company standards, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions securely, ensuring the register balances at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of bottles, cups, napkins, and cleaning supplies; notify the store manager when re‑stocking is required.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including regular wiping of surfaces, proper waste disposal, and adherence to food safety protocols.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling the stand for special events, promotional days, or relocation to different market areas.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring short wait times and high customer satisfaction.
- Observe and respect prayer times, providing a quiet space for personal worship when needed.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and health & safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders, but preference for hijab‑wearing women who are unmarried, reflecting the cultural values of our client base.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (e.g., beverage crates).
- Excellent interpersonal skills: honest, friendly, quick‑thinking, and capable of handling customer inquiries with a smile.
- Strong work ethic: disciplined, punctual, and accountable for personal and team performance.
- Team‑oriented mindset: willing to work collaboratively and relocate to any stand within the service area as needed.
- Commitment to daily prayers and overall physical and spiritual well‑being.
- Mobility: Preference for candidates who have reliable transportation or are comfortable using company‑provided mobility solutions.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems or a willingness to learn quickly.
