Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter Lapangan (Field Recruiter) for the Tangerang area. This role is essential to our rapid expansion, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified couriers who will represent our brand on the ground. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working independently in the field.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential courier candidates using a variety of channels such as flyering, street canvassing, online job boards, and personal referrals.
- Verify candidate qualifications, including a valid driver’s license (SIM), ownership of a suitable vehicle, and compliance with local transportation regulations.
- Conduct face‑to‑face or virtual interviews, assess soft skills, and ensure that all required documentation (identity cards, vehicle registration, insurance) is complete and accurate.
- Provide new hires with clear instructions on job duties, standard operating procedures (SOP), and the use of our proprietary delivery application.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, conversion rates, and retention percentages, and present regular performance reports to the HR manager.
- Maintain a personal laptop and reliable internet connection to update candidate records in real time and communicate with the central HR team.
- Collaborate closely with operations supervisors to align recruitment efforts with daily delivery demand forecasts.
- Attend weekly field meetings, share market insights, and suggest improvements to the recruitment process based on on‑the‑ground experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior recruitment experience required; however, a strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are essential.
- Possession of a personal laptop and reliable mobile data plan.
- Ability to work independently in the field, navigate the Tangerang area efficiently, and manage a flexible schedule.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on building trust with potential candidates.
- Basic proficiency with common office software (Word, Excel) and familiarity with mobile applications.
