Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Petugas Pengumpulan Lapangan Area Kediri to join our collection team. The role is based in the Kediri region covering Kepung, Ngasem, Pare, Puncu, Gurah, Plemahan, Badas, Wates, Pagu, and Kandangan. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, conducting field visits to delinquent borrowers, delivering warning letters, and negotiating repayment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Visit debtors in person and deliver Surat Peringatan (SP) when the arrears exceed 20 days, ensuring accurate validation of the debtor’s situation.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of each case, assess the debtor’s capacity, and formulate appropriate collection strategies.
  • Negotiate feasible repayment options with borrowers, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements while safeguarding the company’s interests.
  • Monitor promised payment dates, follow up consistently, and take corrective action if commitments are not met.
  • Track down customers who cannot be reached at their primary residence or workplace, using available databases and field intelligence.
  • Verify and update all customer data, including phone numbers, addresses, and contact preferences, to maintain a reliable collection database.
  • Document every interaction in the collection system, preparing clear, concise reports for supervisors and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal collection teams, legal units, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless case handling and escalation when necessary.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on field challenges, trends in debtor behavior, and suggestions for process improvement.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards governing debt collection, maintaining professionalism and respect in every encounter.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 50 years old.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in field collection or a related role; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
  • Residency: Must reside within the Kediri service area (Kepung, Ngasem, Pare, Puncu, Gurah, Plemahan, Badas, Wates, Pagu, Kandangan).
  • Transportation: Own a motorbike and hold at least a SIM C license.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
    • High persistence and target‑driven mindset.
    • Team collaboration with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic collection software.
    • Attention to detail for accurate data entry.
