Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, approach, and negotiate with retail stores and authorized dealers to introduce our portfolio of high‑value electronic products.
- Conduct regular store visits (every 3–7 days, based on traffic) to maintain product visibility, replenish stock, and gather market intelligence.
- Present product features, benefits, and promotional offers, tailoring the pitch to each partner’s customer base.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets while adhering to the company’s pricing and discount policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, submit daily activity reports, and update the CRM system with customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop territory plans, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing any product inquiries, warranty claims, or service issues promptly.
- Represent the brand professionally by staying well‑groomed, wearing the company uniform, and embodying a customer‑centric attitude.
- Utilize personal transportation (motorcycle) to ensure timely coverage of the assigned area, working flexible shift hours that align with store operating times.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, technical specifications, and competitive trends in the electronics market.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 34 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in electronics sales or a related high‑value consumer electronics (HA) environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence buying decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work under target‑driven conditions and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Professional appearance and well‑groomed personal presentation.
- Willingness to work mobile, covering a defined territory with a reliable personal motorcycle.
