Introduction
Stay Outlet is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Promotor Device Chain to champion the sales of prepaid mobile cards from leading telecom providers such as XL, AXIS, and Smartfren. This front‑line position is based in our high‑traffic retail locations and plays a crucial role in driving daily foot traffic, educating customers on the latest data and voice packages, and achieving aggressive sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a confident, results‑oriented female professional with a minimum of one year of experience in retail promotion or direct selling, a strong grasp of mobile‑telecom product fundamentals, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Product Promotion & Sales: Actively approach store visitors, present the benefits of XL, AXIS, and Smartfren prepaid cards, and close sales by matching the best plan to each customer’s usage pattern.
- Customer Education: Clearly explain data allowances, voice minutes, pricing tiers, and ongoing promotional offers, ensuring customers understand value propositions.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales quotas through proactive direct‑selling techniques and upselling of complementary services such as add‑on bundles and accessories.
- Activation & Registration: Guide customers through the SIM activation process, complete required documentation, and verify that the card is fully operational before the customer leaves the store.
- Display & Branding Management: Maintain an organized, visually appealing display of prepaid cards, promotional flyers, and signage; replenish stock promptly to avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
- Reporting & Communication: Submit accurate daily sales reports, highlight any obstacles encountered on the floor, and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- Store Collaboration: Coordinate with store staff and the broader promotional team to align on in‑store events, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns.
- Market Intelligence: Observe competitor activities, gather customer preferences, and relay insights that can shape future promotional strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Gender: Female.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail promotion, direct selling, or telecommunications sales.
- Strong negotiation and marketing communication skills.
- Ability to manage promotional materials and maintain brand standards.
- Proficient in basic computer applications for reporting (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- Flexible to work Monday‑Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
