Responsibilities

- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and collaborative learning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, school administrators, and parents to develop individualized learning plans for students who require additional support.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Model ethical behavior, honesty, and respect for school rules, serving as a positive role model for students.
- Integrate cultural and local context into lessons to promote regional pride and awareness among pupils.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability by adhering to the established work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Teaching, or a related field.
- Age: 18 – 50 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; however, candidates who have completed a teaching practicum or have prior teaching experience (especially from SMA or pesantren backgrounds) will be given preference.
- Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, classroom management, basic ICT literacy, and the capacity to motivate young learners.
- Personal Qualities: Honesty, trustworthiness, a strong sense of duty, and adherence to school policies and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to the dynamic needs of elementary education.
