Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and emerging social media channels.
  • Conduct market research and audience segmentation to identify target demographics and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Collaborate with creative designers, copywriters, and product managers to produce compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage advertising budgets, allocate spend efficiently, and ensure compliance with platform policies.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in digital marketing, algorithm changes, and new advertising formats.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Support cross‑functional teams by providing strategic recommendations for brand positioning and digital outreach.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that differentiate our brand in a crowded market.
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices for campaign planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in online advertising or internet marketing (candidates without formal experience are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Creative mindset with a track record of generating innovative campaign ideas and problem‑solving approaches.
  • Strategic thinking capability to design and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Proficiency in advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
