Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Penjualan dan Pengembangan Pasar to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Identify new market opportunities, conduct competitive analyses, and recommend actionable plans to capture untapped segments.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated sales team, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages knowledge sharing and best‑practice adoption.
  • Set clear sales targets for individual team members, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Lead negotiations with key customers and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer service departments to align messaging, product launches, and after‑sales support.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for senior management review.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes, leveraging CRM tools and data‑driven insights to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience beyond the required minimum).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in sales, preferably within a fast‑moving consumer goods or services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and lead a sales team.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, loyal, honest, and accountable with a clear orientation toward achieving sales targets.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
