We are seeking a dedicated Professional Motor Washing Officer to join our fast‑growing automotive care team. Operating within a bustling car‑wash facility that serves daily commuters, tourists, and commercial riders, the successful candidate will play a key part in upholding our reputation for speed, quality, and customer satisfaction. The work schedule runs Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, allowing for a balanced work‑life rhythm while providing ample opportunity to develop specialized cleaning techniques.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior cleaning of motorcycles, scooters, and light vehicles using high‑pressure washers, foam guns, and manual hand‑washing techniques.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents, waxes, and protective coatings while respecting each vehicle’s material specifications.
- Inspect vehicles for surface damage, loose parts, or maintenance issues and report findings to the supervisory staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washing bays, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members to manage workflow during peak hours, ensuring each vehicle is processed efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals, personal protective equipment, and waste disposal procedures.
- Document completed jobs in the daily log and assist in inventory tracking for cleaning supplies.
- Provide courteous service to customers, answering basic inquiries and guiding them on after‑care recommendations.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a car‑wash or motor‑wash setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions precisely.
- High level of honesty, discipline, and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
- Submission of a clear photo of KTP, KK, and a signed application via WhatsApp is required.
