The successful candidate will support daily pharmacy operations, assist senior technicians, and ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, labeling, and dispensing of pharmaceutical products according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct routine inventory checks, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of medicines and raw materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation for batch records, quality control logs, and regulatory filings.
- Support the help‑desk function by responding to internal queries about medication usage, storage requirements, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Participate in routine cleaning, calibration, and preventive maintenance of laboratory and production equipment.
- Collaborate with senior pharmacists and quality assurance teams to perform basic quality checks, including visual inspections and simple analytical tests.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and local health regulations, reporting any deviations or incidents promptly.
- Provide courteous customer service to internal staff and external partners, ensuring clear communication and professional conduct.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, emerging drug therapies, and industry best practices through training and self‑study.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Pharmacy or a related field; SMK Farmasi graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Age: Applicants must be within the legal working age limit.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this role.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Residence: Preference given to candidates residing in Cikarang or Bekasi.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, diligent, friendly, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Basic help‑desk support, good communication abilities, and a willingness to learn technical pharmacy processes.
- Availability: Able to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
