Responsibilities
- Warmly greet every customer entering the store and offer assistance throughout their shopping journey.
- Provide basic product information, particularly about paint categories, usage recommendations, and color options, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Assist with product selection, picking items from shelves, and carefully packing purchases for checkout.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including regular tidying of aisles, shelves, and promotional displays.
- Process simple transactions at the cash register or manually, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify stock availability and facilitate timely replenishment.
- Listen to customer inquiries, resolve minor issues on the spot, and promptly forward any complaints or complex concerns to the store manager.
- Support in‑store promotions, seasonal events, and product launch activities by setting up displays and distributing promotional material.
- Adhere to the store’s operating schedule, including shifts that may fall on weekends, public holidays, or early morning/late afternoon hours.
- Uphold the highest standards of honesty, discipline, and responsibility in all tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (all study fields are welcome).
- Age: 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication etiquette and a pleasant speaking style.
- Demonstrated teamwork spirit, quick learning ability, and a proactive attitude toward acquiring product knowledge.
