Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Petugas Remedial Penagihan to join our team at the Randudongkal branch. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, managing credit applications, and ensuring timely payment collections from both existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive male professional under 30 years of age, with a minimum of a high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience. This is a full‑time position with a Monday‑Saturday schedule, offering a dynamic work environment where performance and integrity are rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Promote and offer Adira Finance’s financial products to existing customers and prospect new clients across various distribution channels.
- Secure orders from channel partners, gather initial customer data, and conduct thorough verification of documentation required for credit applications.
- Prepare, complete, and submit customer credit applications, ensuring all paperwork complies with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing regular updates to dealers and customers regarding status and final decisions.
- Communicate payment terms clearly, including due dates, payment locations, and any additional information customers need to fulfill their obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, orders, and credit files using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and collections teams to resolve any disputes or payment delays, employing negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Conduct follow‑up calls and visits to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify opportunities for upselling additional financial products.
- Adhere to the branch’s operational hours (08:00 – 16:00) and uphold a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; all study fields are acceptable.
- Age: Must be 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar sales, credit, or collection role; fresh graduates are welcome but will be given preference if they possess relevant internship experience.
- Core Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Effective negotiation techniques and a customer‑centric mindset.
- High integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in B2C sales management, sales‑oriented thinking, and an understanding of property‑related financing processes.
- Practical Requirements: Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and a personal vehicle for field visits.
- Availability: Ability to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) and adapt to occasional overtime during peak periods.
