Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Remedial (Remedial Officer) to join our credit recovery team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) while maintaining strong relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance, underwriting, and customer service departments to support Adira Finance’s mission of delivering responsible financial solutions across the archipelago.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the full cycle of overdue credit collections, ensuring all A/R activities are executed within established deadlines.
  • Conduct regular follow‑up calls, emails, and visits to borrowers to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
  • Analyze credit files and payment histories to identify risk patterns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and recovery targets for senior management.
  • Coordinate with the legal department for the preparation of legal notices and, when necessary, support the initiation of recovery proceedings.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s credit management system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on effective collection techniques and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to share insights that improve future credit underwriting decisions.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at enhancing the overall credit risk management framework.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) degree in any discipline; finance, economics, or business studies are a plus.
  • Male candidates only, as stipulated by the current posting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit collection, loan recovery, or a related financial services role; fresh graduates are welcome but will be given priority if they demonstrate strong analytical potential.
  • Maximum age of 30 years.
  • Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving collection targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
  • High integrity, resilience, meticulousness, and honesty in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Proficiency in credit monitoring, credit processing, debt collection procedures, and interpersonal communication.
  • Willingness to be placed at Adira Finance’s branch that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
