Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming customer orders via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Enter order details accurately into the company’s ERP system and generate order confirmations.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Conduct follow‑up calls to confirm order receipt, address any concerns, and secure repeat business.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of client interactions, order status, and payment collections.
- Assist senior sales representatives in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and promotional material.
- Participate in field visits and on‑site customer meetings to gather feedback and identify new sales opportunities.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively reaching out to potential customers.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports for the sales manager, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality, data protection, and ethical sales conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of work experience (internship or entry‑level) is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated negotiation and sales persuasion abilities.
- Own a motorbike and be willing to obtain a SIM C driving license.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
