We are seeking a motivated Magang Sales – Pengambilan Order to join our dynamic sales team in Pekanbaru. Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify incoming customer orders via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Enter order details accurately into the company’s ERP system and generate order confirmations.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Conduct follow‑up calls to confirm order receipt, address any concerns, and secure repeat business.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of client interactions, order status, and payment collections.
  • Assist senior sales representatives in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and promotional material.
  • Participate in field visits and on‑site customer meetings to gather feedback and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively reaching out to potential customers.
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports for the sales manager, highlighting key performance metrics.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality, data protection, and ethical sales conduct.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of work experience (internship or entry‑level) is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and sales persuasion abilities.
  • Own a motorbike and be willing to obtain a SIM C driving license.
  • Willingness to travel outside Pekanbaru for client visits and promotional events.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a team‑oriented mindset.
