Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Mobile to join our growing team in Bondowoso, East Java. This role is a front‑line position that drives revenue by promoting our portfolio of financial and consumer products to both existing and new customers across a wide distribution network. The successful candidate will be a self‑motivated professional with strong interpersonal abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and engage existing and potential customers, presenting the company’s product suite with clear value propositions.
  • Generate sales orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer documentation.
  • Prepare and complete credit applications, coordinating with the credit department to expedite approvals.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection points, while educating customers on any additional terms or conditions.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, updating CRM systems daily to reflect new leads, ongoing negotiations, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, operations, and finance—to align on promotional campaigns and resolve any service issues.
  • Travel within the assigned territory (Banyuwangi, Blitar, Bojonegoro, Gresik, Jember, Kediri, Kepanjen, Madiun, Malang, Mojokerto, Pamekasan, Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Probolinggo, Sidoarjo, Situbondo, Surabaya, Tuban, Tulungagung) to meet customers face‑to‑face, strengthening relationships and expanding market reach.
  • Adhere to the standard work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, while remaining flexible for occasional after‑hours client meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in any field.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old; recent graduates are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within financial services or consumer product distribution.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing and post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • High integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and a reputation for honesty.
  • Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
