Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Sragen, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth processing of business channel orders, maintaining accurate consumer data, and supporting the credit approval workflow. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Help Center (SHC), the Credit Assessment Team, and the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to deliver high‑quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Order Follow‑Up: Receive and acknowledge incoming business channel orders from various sources, ensuring each request is logged promptly.
- Data Verification: Gather, verify, and complete all required consumer and financing object information, entering it accurately into the company’s ERP system.
- System Input: Input orders received via web portals and internal systems, maintaining data integrity and adhering to established naming conventions.
- Credit Processing: Review credit applications, cross‑check them against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) or consumer grading results, and move approved cases forward.
- Customer Communication: Contact applicants to convey credit approval status, explain next steps, and answer basic inquiries.
- Survey Coordination: Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and track their completion status.
- Inter‑Department Collaboration: Liaise regularly with the SHC team to resolve any pending issues on consumer orders and ensure seamless hand‑offs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly summaries of processed orders, highlight any bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.
- Compliance & Integrity: Uphold company policies, maintain confidentiality of consumer data, and act with the highest level of integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of credit monitoring and processing concepts.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
