Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s recipes, plating standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, fryers, mixers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in the planning of daily menus, ensuring that ingredient availability, cost control, and dietary restrictions are considered.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and store food items properly to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station, adhering to local health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff, sous‑chefs, and the head chef to coordinate service flow, especially during peak dining periods.
  • Participate in regular kitchen briefings, contribute ideas for menu innovation, and stay updated on emerging culinary trends.
  • Demonstrate strong time‑management skills by delivering dishes within the stipulated service windows (08:00 – 17:00, Monday‑Saturday).
  • Handle special requests and dietary accommodations with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Continuously improve personal cooking techniques through on‑the‑job training and feedback sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome; the role is open to both male and female candidates.
  • Applicants should be single and not currently enrolled in any educational program or bound by other regular commitments.
  • Demonstrated seriousness, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility in a professional setting.
  • Basic proficiency in operating common kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
  • Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday to Saturday) with a fixed shift from 08:00 to 17:00.
