Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our growing team in the Wilayah Tebet area of the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabekser) region. This front‑line position plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with both existing and prospective customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and product knowledge. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our company’s financial solutions and a diverse portfolio of dealers, distributors, and end‑consumers, helping to drive sales, streamline credit applications, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and present the company’s suite of financial products to existing accounts as well as new prospects, tailoring proposals to meet specific client needs.
- Generate and secure orders through various distribution channels, gathering initial data, conducting thorough verification, and assembling complete credit documentation.
- Track the progress of each credit application, maintaining clear communication with both dealers and customers regarding status updates and final decisions.
- Notify customers of payment schedules, due dates, and payment locations, providing guidance on any additional requirements or options.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships by conducting regular follow‑ups, addressing concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, risk management, and operations to ensure seamless processing of applications and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, preparing periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and customer feedback.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that could impact product positioning or customer eligibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4/Bachelor’s) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Maximum age of 29 years at the time of application.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, relationship management, or credit processing, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
- Strong communication and persuasive speaking abilities; adept at telemarketing and face‑to‑face negotiations.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail when handling documentation and data verification.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
