We are seeking a diligent and proactive Staf Penagihan / Collector to join our team in the Ketapang area. This role is essential for maintaining healthy cash flow and strengthening relationships with our valued customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for on‑site collection activities, offering tailored payment solutions, and ensuring compliance with both company policy and applicable regulations. This position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, providing a stable environment for growth within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Conduct direct visits to assigned customers for the purpose of debt collection, ensuring a professional and courteous approach.
- Assess each customer’s financial situation and propose feasible payment plans or settlement options that align with company guidelines.
- Prepare detailed daily visit reports, documenting customer interactions, payment commitments, and overall collection progress.
- Follow established collection procedures, adhering strictly to legal requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the credit control team to update account status, flag high‑risk cases, and support escalation processes when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up actions.
- Provide feedback to management on common payment obstacles and suggest improvements to the collection workflow.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on industry best practices, negotiation techniques, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 32 years.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Active communication ability (Komunikasi Aktif) and a confident, persuasive demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reporting tools.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel within the Ketapang region and adhere to the set work schedule.
