Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Professional Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team in a bustling restaurant environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of menu items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, including proper storage, temperature control, and sanitation of workstations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to coordinate order flow, ensuring timely delivery of dishes during peak service periods.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste through efficient ingredient utilization.
  • Adapt recipes and suggest menu enhancements based on seasonal produce, customer feedback, and emerging food trends.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and mutual respect.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, perform routine maintenance checks, and report any malfunctions promptly.
  • Assist in the development of daily specials, tasting sessions, and promotional events.
  • Work under high‑pressure conditions, maintaining composure and quality during busy service hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
  • Participate in regular kitchen meetings to review performance metrics, safety protocols, and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in a professional restaurant kitchen is preferred, though entry‑level candidates with strong culinary fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
