We are seeking a motivated Staff Desain Grafis dan Visualisasi Produk to join our dynamic creative team. The position is based near Kota Harapan Indah, Bekasi, offering a stable Monday‑Saturday schedule that balances creativity with professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop high‑quality graphic assets for product packaging, marketing collateral, and digital platforms using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Translate product specifications and marketing briefs into visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, and sales teams to ensure designs meet customer expectations and market trends.
- Maintain organized project files, version control, and asset libraries for efficient hand‑offs.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to internal and external customers, addressing feedback and revisions in a timely manner.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and design concepts that enhance product visibility.
- Ensure all visual outputs are print‑ready, correctly color‑managed, and meet technical specifications for production.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging design trends, and new features within Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing design presentations, maintaining inventory of design resources, and documenting project progress.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of all genders; inclusive work environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional attitude.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proximity to Kota Harapan Indah, Bekasi is preferred for easy commuting.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (including Image Trace, Pathfinder, Pen Tool, Shape Builder).
- Basic-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Customer‑service orientation; ability to engage with clients politely and effectively (a plus).
- Basic administrative abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
