Responsibilities
The Business Partner will serve as the primary liaison between Amartha and potential borrowers throughout the Bangka Belitung archipelago. Core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying and approaching prospective customers, presenting Amartha’s lending programs, and persuading them to join our network.
- Conducting in‑depth household economic assessments to understand income streams, expenditures, and repayment capacity.
- Performing feasibility surveys and rigorous credit‑worthiness analyses in line with Amartha’s policies, risk‑scoring models, and regulatory standards.
- Preparing detailed recommendation reports for the internal financing committee, highlighting risk factors and growth potential.
- Facilitating weekly group meetings with members, providing ongoing financial education, and monitoring transaction activities.
- Collaborating with field supervisors and product specialists to ensure seamless onboarding and post‑loan support.
- Maintaining accurate records in Amartha’s CRM system, updating client status, and tracking key performance indicators.
- Traveling extensively across the region, using a personal two‑wheel vehicle, and residing in company‑provided mess facilities when required.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) diploma; candidates with up to a bachelor’s degree (S1) are strongly encouraged.
- Age: 35 years or younger.

- Transportation: Own two‑wheel vehicle for field visits.
