Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our operational delivery team as a Runner Pengiriman Operasional. This role is essential to the smooth flow of food and beverage service within our dynamic restaurant environment. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to grow within the hospitality industry, this position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting. The successful candidates will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, supporting both kitchen staff and front‑of‑house operations while upholding our high standards of service, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prepared dishes, beverages, and ancillary items from the kitchen to the dining area promptly and accurately.
- Assist kitchen staff with the organization and staging of orders to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and orderly service area, including table setting, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests.
- Handle basic inventory tasks such as restocking utensils, napkins, and condiments throughout the shift.
- Support the front‑of‑house team during peak periods by helping with guest inquiries and coordinating with servers.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed, including proper handling of hot trays and safe transportation of items.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or safety concerns to the shift manager immediately.
- Participate in brief pre‑shift meetings to understand daily specials, menu changes, and service priorities.
- Collaborate closely with other runners, servers, and kitchen staff to foster a cooperative and efficient work environment.
- Assist the manager in occasional administrative tasks such as logging deliveries, updating inventory sheets, and preparing end‑of‑day reports.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
