Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Designer/Developer – Professional WordPress to join our growing digital team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who have a solid foundation in web technologies and a passion for creating engaging, user‑friendly websites. You will work on a variety of client projects, collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality WordPress solutions from concept to launch.
The position is based in our modern office and follows a standard Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (08:00 – 17:00). While prior professional experience is not mandatory, a demonstrable portfolio and a willingness to learn are essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites, including custom themes and plugins.
- Design page layouts using Elementor, Gutenberg, or manual HTML/CSS coding to meet client specifications.
- Perform routine troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization to ensure site stability.
- Manage domain registration, DNS settings, and hosting environments, ensuring smooth deployment and uptime.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate visual mockups into functional web pages.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide status updates, and deliver post‑launch support.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging WordPress trends, and web standards to continuously improve the development workflow.
- Document code, configuration changes, and project milestones for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMK graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Strong foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Proficiency with WordPress—understanding themes, plugins, and the WordPress ecosystem.
- Basic PHP coding skills are preferred for custom functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues and perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with web hosting concepts, domain management, and SSL configuration.
- Portfolio showcasing at least one WordPress or manually coded website project.
- Creative mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork orientation (office‑based work environment).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for client interactions.
