To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a dynamic Team Leader Pengembangan Produk (Product Development Team Leader) who can spearhead the design, launch, and expansion of our student card insurance program. Responsibilities
- Identify and approach schools, government agencies, village communities, markets, and UMKM (micro, small, and medium enterprises) to propose collaborative student insurance programs.
- Design, pilot, and roll out insurance products tailored to the needs of students and educational institutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough market surveys and feasibility studies to pinpoint target segments, assess demand, and refine product features.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with public and private entities, acting as the primary liaison throughout the implementation phase.
- Prepare regular progress reports, complete with data visualizations and supporting documentation, to keep senior management informed of milestones and outcomes.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of business partners and sales agents, fostering a high‑performing network.
- Develop and execute regional partnership strategies, expanding the company’s footprint by leveraging existing relationships with schools, government bodies, community groups, and local markets.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, encouraging professional growth and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging insurance technologies to continuously improve product offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry or a comparable B2B sales environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate strong motivation and relevant internship experience.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Extensive network of contacts within schools, government agencies, village communities, markets, and UMKM sectors.
- Proven ability to develop business opportunities and lead teams to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Competence in business development, B2B marketing, customer relationship management, and sales analytics.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional travel to partner sites.
