Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked, price tags are accurate, and promotional displays are up‑to‑date.
- Process transactions efficiently using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively upselling and cross‑selling complementary items.
- Build lasting relationships with regular shoppers, fostering loyalty through personalized service and follow‑up communication.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members and store managers to coordinate inventory replenishment and special events.
- Monitor stock levels, report low inventory, and assist in receiving and unpacking new merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience from entry to exit.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about product features, new arrivals, and industry trends.
- Contribute ideas for improving store layout, promotional strategies, and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK (or equivalent). Candidates with a S1 degree are highly preferred.
- Open to both fresh graduates and individuals with prior retail experience.
- Gender: Female candidates are specifically encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Demonstrated perseverance, attention to detail, and a high level of enthusiasm for sales.
- Willingness to learn new product lines, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS software and Microsoft Office.
