Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Drafter – Spesialis Pembuatan Gambar Teknik to join our fast‑growing design team. This role is perfect for candidates who have a solid foundation in architectural or engineering drafting, are proficient with industry‑standard CAD tools, and thrive in both independent and collaborative environments. As a drafter, you will translate conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings that guide construction, manufacturing, and project execution across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and finalize 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent software.
- Interpret architectural and engineering sketches, specifications, and client briefs to produce accurate construction documents.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure drawings meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of standard details, symbols, and templates to improve drafting efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on all deliverables, verifying dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.
- Support the preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ) and material take‑offs derived from the completed drawings.
- Participate in design review meetings, presenting drafts and incorporating feedback in a timely manner.
- Adhere to project schedules, delivering draft sets within agreed timelines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging CAD technologies, and evolving building codes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably SMK/D3 in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on drafting experience in an architectural or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; familiarity with Revit, Civil 3D, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and produce technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error‑free documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia (English is advantageous).
- Demonstrated capability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to adapt designs based on constructive feedback.
