We are currently seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist (HR) who will partner with hiring managers, lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, and support the overall employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manpower planning initiatives based on departmental forecasts and strategic growth targets.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from job requisition approval, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring new hires receive proper orientation, documentation, and a clear probation‑period evaluation plan.
- Design and administer employee satisfaction surveys and employee‑engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze turnover metrics, identify patterns, and recommend retention strategies that align with business objectives.
- Prepare and present monthly recruitment dashboards, turnover reports, and workforce analytics for senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate HR administration records, including employment contracts, warning letters, and statutory compliance documents.
- Monitor daily attendance, liaise with the Finance team on payroll processing, reimbursements, and benefits administration.
- Assess training needs, schedule internal and external learning sessions, and track the effectiveness of development initiatives.
- Support HR projects such as employer branding, talent pipeline development, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field. A D3/D4 qualification is also acceptable for candidates with strong experience.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles, preferably within a medium‑to‑large organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and data analysis tools; ability to generate insightful recruitment and turnover reports.
- Core Competencies: Strong interview and assessment techniques, excellent written and verbal communication, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Legal & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian labor law, contract administration, and payroll coordination processes.
- Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement in people processes.
- Other Requirements: Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit; ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
