Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive optical reflection assessments on a variety of lenses, mirrors, and photonic components, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
- Calibrate and maintain reflection measurement equipment, troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Interpret test results, generate detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions or product adjustments to engineering and production teams.
- Collaborate with product development, quality assurance, and sales departments to support new product launches and customer inquiries.
- Provide on‑site technical support and training for junior technicians and sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures, test data, and equipment maintenance logs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor workflow efficiency, suggest process improvements, and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Operate under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Engage with clients to explain technical findings, answer questions, and ensure transparent communication throughout the service process.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a technical diploma or certification in optics, photonics, or a related field is a strong advantage.
