Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Officer Marketing Kredit Dana Syariah to join our dynamic team covering the Sampit area. This position is a key driver of growth for our Sharia‑compliant financing products, connecting prospective borrowers with tailored credit solutions that respect Islamic principles. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company, building relationships with individuals, dealers, and strategic partners while consistently meeting sales targets in a fast‑moving financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, and community outreach to expand the loan portfolio.
- Present and explain the features of our Islamic financing products, emphasizing compliance with Sharia law and the benefits for borrowers.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with automobile dealers, retail outlets, and other strategic allies to generate referral business.
- Collect, verify, and audit all required customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal compliance standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to senior management on a weekly basis.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective prospecting and closing strategies.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to streamline approval processes and reduce turnaround time for customers.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about competitor offerings, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in the Islamic finance sector.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and customer service skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s reputation during all client interactions, both in‑person and virtually.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in finance, marketing, or business is advantageous.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Male candidates only, in line with the specific client demographic we serve.
- No prior experience required, though a strong desire to learn and grow in financial services is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- High level of adaptability and quick learning capability to thrive in a rapidly changing market.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools for tracking leads and sales activities.
- Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to uphold Sharia‑compliant business practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional weekend events or client meetings.
