Introduction
We are seeking an energetic Eksekutif Merchant Success (Canvassing Penjualan EDC) to join our fast‑growing fintech team. In this role you will be the front‑line ambassador for our electronic debit‑card (EDC) solutions, engaging micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) across the region. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated sales professional with a proven track record of meeting daily targets, a passion for helping businesses modernise their payment processes, and the logistical ability to travel independently using a two‑wheel vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door and on‑site visits to UMKM prospects, presenting the benefits of our EDC machines and related payment services.
- Achieve a minimum of 2‑3 successful installations per day, ensuring each merchant completes the onboarding paperwork and receives proper training on device usage.
- Maintain a personal schedule that aligns with the official work hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) while optimizing travel routes to maximise client coverage.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with merchants, providing post‑sale support, troubleshooting basic issues, and identifying upsell opportunities such as value‑added services.
- Accurately record all interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the company’s CRM system, generating daily and weekly performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to relay market feedback, helping to refine our offering and stay ahead of competitive trends.
- Stay current with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging payment technologies to confidently address merchant inquiries.
- Participate in regular training sessions, sales workshops, and team meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: Maximum 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in fintech, POS, or related consumer‑technology sectors.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle or scooter) and possess a valid SIM C driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with small business owners.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed daily sales targets through disciplined prospecting and follow‑up.
- Basic proficiency with mobile apps and CRM tools; comfortable using smartphones for data entry and navigation.
- Self‑discipline, time‑management, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
