Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, aligning with national curriculum standards.
- Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group instruction in subjects appropriate for TK, SD, SMP, and SMA levels.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal observation, then communicate results to parents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson content, and performance metrics.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, ensuring each student stays engaged and motivated.

Requirements
