The position combines the roles of Picker and Packer, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time. Responsibilities
- Order Monitoring (Picker)
- Continuously monitor incoming orders through the warehouse management system.
- Print inventory pick lists (inv orders) and verify their completeness.
- Locate and retrieve items from storage locations according to the pick list, ensuring the correct SKU and quantity.
- Packaging (Packer)
- Scan each product’s barcode to confirm it matches the order documentation.
- Pack items following company‑specified standards for protection, labeling, and presentation.
- Initiate the driver dispatch process by sending the order to the system and notifying the assigned driver.
- Load packed orders into the driver’s bag or container and hand over the package with a clear record of delivery details.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and 5S principles.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors and fellow team members to meet daily throughput targets.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or system issues promptly to the warehouse manager.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and cycle‑count activities to support inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, quick adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work six days a week, including public holidays, with one day off.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night as scheduled).
- Own an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM and Android OS 8.0 or higher for app‑based task management.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
