Introduction
We are seeking a Florist Profesional dan Kreatif to join our vibrant studio located in the Tambun and East Bekasi regions. This role is perfect for a passionate, detail‑oriented woman aged 17‑26 who loves working with fresh flowers and enjoys creating stunning floral arrangements for a variety of occasions. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to product development, customer service, and the creation of engaging visual content that showcases our unique designs.
Our studio operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons such as graduations, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and other high‑traffic events. The position is offered on a 1.5‑year contract, providing ample opportunity for professional growth and hands‑on experience in the flourishing floristry industry.
Responsibilities
- Care for and condition fresh cut flowers to extend their vase life and maintain optimal quality.
- Prepare custom floral products based on customer specifications and maintain a ready‑stock inventory of popular arrangements.
- Monitor and replenish studio supplies, ensuring a consistent stock of flowers, foams, wires, and decorative accessories.
- Provide attentive, friendly service to walk‑in and online customers, guiding them through product selection and upselling complementary items.
- Generate fresh design ideas and propose new bouquet styles that reflect current market trends and seasonal themes.
- Collaborate with the product development team to launch innovative floral collections and limited‑edition offerings.
- Create compelling visual content—including photos, short videos, and Instagram reels—highlighting arrangement techniques and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment, adhering to health and safety SOPs.
- Assist in planning and executing event‑specific floral setups, such as wedding ceremonies, corporate functions, and community festivals.
- Support the marketing team by contributing ideas for promotional campaigns and seasonal sales drives.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged 17‑26, not currently enrolled in full‑time education or holding another part‑time job.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Residence within the Tambun or East Bekasi area for easy commute.
- Previous experience in flower arrangement is highly preferred, though enthusiastic beginners with a strong portfolio are welcome.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong motivation to learn new techniques, take responsibility, and thrive under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team while also managing individual tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to sign a 1.5‑year contract and adhere to established SOPs and work schedules.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons and on special event days.
