We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Professional Barista to join our bustling coffee shop located in a vibrant neighborhood. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based beverages, brewed coffees, teas, and specialty drinks according to company recipes and industry best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, adhering to health and safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Engage with customers courteously, taking orders accurately, answering product questions, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow during peak hours, ensuring timely service without compromising quality.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, brewing techniques, and customer service standards.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including equipment cleaning, cash reconciliation, and daily reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: 18‑26 years, single, and not currently enrolled in any educational program.
- Attractive personal appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Honest, responsible, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- No current contractual obligations with other employers.
- Residency within close proximity to the outlet is preferred.
- Basic barista skills: knowledge of coffee grinding, tamping, milk frothing, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, including occasional peak‑hour shifts.
