Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer HRGA (Human Resources & General Affairs) to lead the HR and GA functions of our fast‑growing organization. This senior role is pivotal in aligning people strategies, workplace operations, and compliance with the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine a strong foundation in human resources, a solid grasp of general affairs, and proven leadership experience within the fast‑moving consumer goods (F&B) sector or similar environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs that support the company’s strategic goals and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and industrial relations standards.
- Oversee full‑cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes to attract and retain high‑quality candidates.
- Manage payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and compensation structures while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
- Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR and GA teams, providing regular analytics and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead employee training, development programs, and performance appraisal cycles to foster continuous learning and career growth.
- Supervise general affairs activities, including office space planning, facility maintenance, vendor management, inventory control, and asset tracking.
- Coordinate all licensing, permitting, and compliance matters related to the workplace, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison for industrial relations, handling negotiations, dispute resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive a culture of safety, discipline, and teamwork by promoting clear communication, problem‑solving, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present regular HRGA reports to the executive team, highlighting operational performance, risk areas, and strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in HR & General Affairs, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (e.g., Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Manager HRGA).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan), BPJS, industrial relations, and personnel administration.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, payroll processing, KPI development, training design, and HR SOP creation.
- Hands‑on experience with GA operations such as procurement, vendor negotiations, inventory management, asset control, licensing, and office facilities management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, make decisive decisions, and maintain discipline and integrity.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred.
