Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in the Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu region. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador of our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) solutions, introducing small and medium‑size enterprises (UMKM) to reliable payment processing equipment. The position offers a dynamic work environment with clear performance targets, a supportive compensation package, and opportunities for professional growth within the financial technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily canvassing visits to UMKM prospects, presenting the benefits of our EDC machines and explaining transaction security features.
  • Achieve a minimum sales target of 2‑3 units per day by identifying client needs, delivering tailored demonstrations, and closing deals.
  • Maintain a well‑organized schedule, ensuring coverage of all designated districts within Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu while adhering to the Monday‑Saturday work calendar (08:00‑17:00).
  • Develop and nurture relationships with merchants, providing post‑sale support, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and facilitating onboarding to our payment platform.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback to the regional sales manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share insights on customer preferences, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Utilize sales analysis tools to track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve conversion rates.
  • Represent the company at local business events, trade fairs, and community gatherings to raise brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in technology or financial services.
  • Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and ownership of a two‑wheel vehicle for field travel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Self‑discipline, time‑management, and the capacity to work independently while meeting daily targets.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; age is not a limiting factor.
