Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnose common illnesses, and develop appropriate treatment plans for in‑patients and out‑patients.
- Provide emergency care, including stabilization and initial management of trauma, cardiac events, and respiratory distress, adhering to ACLS and ATLS protocols.
- Coordinate patient referrals to specialty services, ensuring seamless continuity of care and accurate documentation.
- Participate in daily ward rounds, multidisciplinary meetings, and case conferences to discuss patient progress and adjust therapeutic strategies.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records, prescribe medications responsibly, and monitor drug interactions.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and follow‑up care.
- Engage in hospital quality improvement initiatives, infection control programs, and clinical audits.
- Serve as a mentor and educator for medical interns, nursing staff, and allied health professionals, promoting evidence‑based practice.
Requirements
- Professional medical degree (S1) with a recognized Medical Doctor (Profesi Kedokteran) qualification.
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) and valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certifications; additional Hiperkes K3 certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a busy emergency or internal medicine department.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to convey complex medical information clearly to patients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, respecting diverse perspectives.
- High levels of integrity, honesty, and professional discipline.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 08:00 to 16:00.
