Responsibilities

- Maintain an engaging, student‑centered classroom environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and curiosity.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians, providing progress reports, feedback, and recommendations for supplemental study.
- Coordinate with the scheduling team to ensure classes are conducted at the agreed‑upon times, including occasional weekend sessions as needed.

Requirements

- Education: Minimum D3/D4; preferably a final‑semester university student or a graduate with a S1 degree. Candidates with a background in Education are highly preferred.
- Age: No upper age limit; the emphasis is on competence and enthusiasm.
- Experience: No prior teaching experience required, but any tutoring, volunteer, or mentorship experience will be considered an advantage.
- Strong passion for teaching and interacting with children and adolescents.
- Ability to teach multiple subjects across TK, SD, SMP, and SMA levels.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Professional appearance; neat, tidy, and courteous demeanor.
- Willingness to work according to a set schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Residence within or near the designated placement area in Banyumas is considered a valuable asset.
