We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Store Staff to join our vibrant toy store in Singkawang. Responsibilities

- Process incoming merchandise, verify deliveries, and record inventory movements using the store’s inventory management system.
- Conduct regular stock‑take (stock opname) to reconcile physical counts with system records, identifying discrepancies and reporting them promptly.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, manage cash drawers, and process various payment methods while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare the store for seasonal sales events, holiday promotions, and special in‑store activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, including tidying aisles, cleaning displays, and ensuring all safety signage is visible.
- Provide after‑sales support such as handling returns, exchanges, and warranty inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Participate in weekly briefings to stay updated on new product lines, pricing changes, and store performance goals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age between 19 and 28 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer‑service setting, preferably within the toy or consumer‑goods sector.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and national holidays.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and basic English is a plus) with the ability to speak clearly and engage customers.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with inventory or POS software.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine enthusiasm for children’s products.
