We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Force professional to join our growing team in Nganjuk, Jawa Timur. This role is a vital link between our dealership network and the broader market, helping to drive sales of motorcycles and related products across the region. Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture existing Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) agreements with dealers, ensuring compliance and mutual satisfaction.
- Identify and onboard new dealers by establishing fresh PKS contracts and facilitating smooth onboarding processes.
- Educate dealers and channel partners on product specifications, promotional programs, and the correct procedures for entering independent purchase orders (PO).
- Coordinate regularly with the Section Head of Motorcycles at the branch to align sales strategies and share market intelligence.
- Conduct field visits to dealer locations, providing on‑site support, training, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and report key metrics to senior management.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital sales initiatives, including online marketing campaigns and e‑commerce platform utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, agreements, and sales activities using company CRM tools.
- Work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 16:00) and be prepared for occasional travel within the region.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Education: Minimum D3 (Associate degree); high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for field visits.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones and active personal phone number.
- Strong desire to learn about online sales, digital marketing, and e‑commerce trends.
- Sales‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to convey product value clearly.
- High integrity, resilience, and a never‑give‑up attitude.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market demands and sales strategies.
