  • Offer restructuring or rehabilitation (Rehab) solutions, tailoring repayment plans that match the borrower’s financial capacity while protecting Adira’s risk exposure.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity logs, including visit reports, call summaries, and cash or asset handovers to the warehouse team.
  • Perform area surveys to verify borrower information, assess collateral condition, and identify any potential fraud indicators.
  • Collaborate with the credit risk and legal departments to ensure all collection actions are documented and legally compliant.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly collection targets set by the branch manager.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on negotiation techniques, regulatory updates, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • No prior collection experience required; fresh graduates with strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Active listening, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
  • Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Valid driver’s license (A/B) and willingness to travel within the assigned territory for field visits.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM or collection management software.
  • Commitment to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Benefits
