To support their expanding field operations, the client seeks a diligent and motivated Senior Field Data Verification Officer (Petugas Verifikasi Data Lapangan Senior). This role is pivotal in ensuring that all customer and vehicle information collected in the field is accurate, reliable, and complies with internal risk‑management standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site verification and validation of applicant data, vehicle documentation, and collateral information according to the daily order queue.
- Interview borrowers, dealers, and third‑party witnesses to gather supplementary details and resolve discrepancies.
- Use GPS and map reading skills to locate customer premises, dealership lots, and inspection sites efficiently.
- Document findings in the company’s mobile application, upload photographic evidence, and flag any high‑risk cases for further review.
- Coordinate with the central verification team to ensure seamless data flow and timely decision making.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively while interacting with the public.
- Provide weekly status reports highlighting completed orders, challenges encountered, and suggestions for process improvement.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, traffic regulations, and company policies during field assignments.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- Age: No upper limit; candidates must be physically capable of field work.
- Experience: Entry‑level candidates are welcome; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Must possess a valid motorbike (2‑wheel) and a current SIM C driving licence.
- Own an Android smartphone with internet connectivity for data entry and navigation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Ability to read and interpret maps, route plans, and basic technical documents.
- Demonstrated hard‑working attitude, resilience, and a passion for tackling challenging assignments.
- Proficiency in gathering diverse information sources and synthesising them into clear, actionable reports.
