Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Keamanan Wilayah Jember to join our team and ensure the safety and orderliness of our facilities in the Jember region. As a security professional, you will be the first line of defense, protecting assets, employees, visitors, and the overall environment against potential threats. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area, both on foot and using a vehicle, to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, and log the movement of people and vehicles in accordance with company protocols.
- Enforce security procedures, including access control, visitor registration, and the proper handling of confidential documents.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first‑aid assistance and coordinating with emergency services when required.
- Maintain clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and handover notes for the next shift.
- Provide courteous assistance and information to guests, ensuring a welcoming and secure atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other security staff, facility managers, and local law enforcement to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Participate in regular safety drills, training sessions, and briefings to stay current with evolving security practices.
- Inspect and maintain security equipment such as CCTV cameras, fire extinguishers, and communication devices.
- Uphold company policies regarding confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Minimum 18 years, maximum 40 years (subject to company policy).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Mandatory certification: Valid Satpam training certificate.
- Physical fitness: Good health both physically and mentally; ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly for extended periods.
- Height: Proportional height as defined by the company’s standards.
- Legal standing: Clean criminal record confirmed by an SKCK.
- Key personal attributes: Discipline, firmness, responsibility, and a strong sense of duty.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Work schedule: Willingness to work in shift system, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Additional skill: Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
