Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and talented architecture students to join our dynamic team through a structured Program Internship for the Architect Position. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing design studio located near Kelapa Dua, Depok. As an intern, you will work side‑by‑side with seasoned architects, contribute to real‑world projects, and develop a professional portfolio that stands out in the competitive architecture industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in developing conceptual designs and detailed construction documents.
- Create and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD and produce 3D models with SketchUp.
- Generate high‑quality renderings and visualizations using Lumion, Enscape, or similar rendering software.
- Conduct site analysis, material research, and code compliance checks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including structural, MEP, and interior designers—to ensure design coordination.
- Participate in client presentation meetings, preparing slides and visual aids that clearly convey design intent.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation in accordance with studio standards.
- Contribute creative ideas during design charrettes and brainstorming sessions.
- Support the preparation of cost estimates and material take‑offs as needed.
- Adhere to the internship schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, working from our office (WFO).
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Architecture (minimum S1 level) or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates and active students are welcome.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools such as Lumion or Enscape.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and an eye for proportion and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Open to a minimum internship period of three (3) months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
