Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Koordinator Lapangan Ekspedisi to lead our courier recruitment efforts in the Kabupaten Serang region. This pivotal role ensures that our expanding logistics network is staffed with qualified, reliable couriers who can uphold the company’s high standards for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with the Human Resources team, field supervisors, and the operations manager to build a robust talent pipeline, monitor recruitment performance, and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract potential couriers using a variety of sourcing channels such as flyering, social media campaigns, local job boards, and personal referrals.
  • Conduct thorough qualification checks, verifying driver’s licenses (SIM), vehicle ownership, insurance coverage, and compliance with local transportation regulations.
  • Organize and lead face‑to‑face or virtual interviews, assess candidate suitability, and ensure all required documentation (identification, tax numbers, vehicle registration) is collected and properly archived.
  • Deliver comprehensive onboarding sessions that cover job duties, standard operating procedures (SOP), safety protocols, and the use of company‑provided mobile applications for route planning and delivery tracking.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, and retention rates, producing regular reports for the HR manager and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with the fraud prevention team to recognize red‑flag indicators during candidate screening and to implement proactive measures against fraudulent activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local driving schools, community centers, and transportation associations to create a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Provide ongoing support and performance feedback to newly hired couriers, assisting them in meeting performance targets and adhering to quality standards.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes by gathering feedback, analyzing trends, and recommending enhancements to the hiring strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only (as per current operational policy).
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector.
  • Strong knowledge of local traffic regulations, driver licensing requirements, and vehicle inspection standards.
  • Proficiency in debt collection processes (Proses Penagihan Utang) and employee recruitment (Perekrutan Karyawan).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and experience handling fraud detection or resolution cases.
  • Proficient with common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with recruitment or HR management systems.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional field visits to courier hubs.
