Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Kolektor Lapangan Wilayah Jombang to join our dynamic field operations team. This role is critical in maintaining healthy cash flow and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers in the Jombang region. As a field collector, you will be the face of the company, conducting on‑site visits, handling payment collections, and providing education on repayment options. Your proactive approach will help ensure that installments are paid on time, reducing delinquency and supporting the financial well‑being of both the company and its clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc field visits to residential and commercial customers throughout the Jombang area.
- Collect overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, and clearly explain the terms and benefits of timely installments.
- Provide education on financial responsibility and available assistance programs to customers experiencing payment difficulties.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly visit reports, including payment status, client feedback, and any incidents encountered.
- Coordinate closely with the finance and credit departments to update account records and ensure accurate posting of collected amounts.
- Identify early warning signs of potential defaults and alert supervisory staff for timely intervention.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company’s values and commitment to customer service.
- Adhere to company policies, local regulations, and safety protocols while conducting field activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as per the specific operational requirements of the region.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey complex payment terms in simple language.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic proficiency with mobile data entry tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Physical stamina to travel throughout the region and handle a full schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
