Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Officer Marketing Kredit (CMO) to join our growing team in Denpasar, Bali. This role is a key part of our credit and financing division, responsible for promoting our suite of financial products to both existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will have a customer‑focused mindset, strong communication abilities, and a keen interest in the financial services industry. While prior experience is not mandatory, a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment is essential.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and present company credit products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet diverse financial needs.
- Generate and capture orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data collection.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer information and assemble all required documentation for credit applications.
- Track the progress of each credit application, liaising with internal credit committees and providing timely updates to dealers and customers.
- Communicate credit decisions clearly, explaining approval conditions or reasons for rejection.
- Inform customers about repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements to ensure smooth loan servicing.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the sales, finance, and risk teams to refine product offerings based on market feedback.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling ancillary services such as insurance, payment plans, and loyalty programs.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product features, industry regulations, and best practices in customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 31 years.

- No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with a strong interest in finance are encouraged.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Strong attention to detail for document verification and data entry.
- Basic proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and willingness to learn CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are native to Bali, due to local market knowledge.
